Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Basic plan is free forever with core features for solo dentists getting started.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept QRPH, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers via Xendit.
What is a protocol?
A reusable procedure template with ordered steps and linked supply materials. Think of it as a recipe for a dental procedure.
Can I bring my own suppliers?
Absolutely. Add your existing suki suppliers alongside platform suppliers. Your private supplier pricing stays completely private.
Does AI make decisions for me?
Never. AI drafts recommendations — purchase orders, reorder suggestions, protocol matches. You always review and approve before anything happens.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Patient data is encrypted at rest, access is role-based, and all data stays within your practice unless you explicitly share.
What integrations are available?
Xendit for payments, m360 for SMS reminders, and AWS Cognito for authentication. PhilHealth and PRC integrations are on our roadmap.
Can I use Dentrace without integrations?
Yes. Integrations enhance the experience but are not required for core functionality.
